Online rental platform easyToolhire has announced a new partnership with Thrive for Hire which will make the platform available in Wales for the first time.

Based in Swansea, south Wales, Thrive for Hire is an independent tool and plant hire business. As part of the agreement, it will provide customers with access to discounted tool hire and equipment “at the touch of a button.”

The company said its customers will benefit from “a much simpler way of hiring tools and equipment online thanks to time-saving tool hire processes, such as easy online ID verification.”

It will also offer no deposit tool hire and 90-day, interest-free credit payment options, contact-less delivery the ability to carbon offset their order at checkout, and 24/7 tool hire.

Jacques van Deventer, director of Thrive for Hire, said, “Price and value are important to our customers, which is just one of the reasons why we are excited about our new partnership with easyToolhire. I know that easyToolhire shares our values too so when we agreed to work together, I knew we had made the right decision.

“Like easyToolhire, we are committed to providing our customers with a smooth and efficient service. I am certain that our new partnership with easyToolhire will enable us to help even more people find the right tools for their latest job or project.”

Daniel Parker, easyToolhire’s UK country manager, said the company is excited to make the move to Wales;, “We have wanted to expand into Wales for some time but we had to find the right partner. Jacques and the Thrive for Hire team share our ethos, which is to ensure valued customers receive quality tools at a good price.

“I am looking forward to working with Jacques and the wider Thrive for Hire team and to see the easyToolhire brand expand into Wales.”

Part of easyGroup, easyToolhire is designed to give “easier access” to tool and equipment hire and provide a simpler way of hiring tools and equipment online. It has more than 25 depots across the UK.
