Electric launch adds to Haulotte’s Pulseo line

Haulotte has introduced the HA16 E, the latest rough terrain electric lift in its Pulseo generation range.

Described as a 2-in-1 machine, the HA16 E Pulseo combines its electric power with rough terrain performance to make it suited to indoor and outdoor applications, with same capabilities of diesel-engine powered model. 

Equipped with optional non-marking tyres, the HA16 E able to work on sensitive ground, there is also a low rear overhang and 4-wheel steer available on the HA16 E Pro version.

Thanks to its 100% electric design, the HA16 E operates with zero emissions, making it suitable for nighttime operations, Low Emission Zones (LEZ), Green-labelled worksites and areas where combustion engines are prohibited.

The HA16 E is quiet at less than 70 dB in electric mode, making it suitable for work in hospitals, offices, schools and public places like shopping malls, airports and enclosed worksites.

The HA16 E offers several charging solutions: main plug, three-phase outlet accelerated charger, or charging with the Range Extender combustion motor, which allows unlimited duty cycles and work on all types of construction sites, including those without access to the electrical grid.

The Range Extender is interchangeable with the HS15 E and HS18 E scissor lift models and future models of the Pulseo range, and can be installed in less than five minutes, as well as recharging the batteries to 80% in three hours.

The electric architecture combined with a mechanical axle drive makes it suitable for all types of terrain, with the ability to climb slopes up to 40% and work on tilts up to 5°.

Machine maintenance is made easier with its integrated diagnostic tool, direct access to components, AGM batteries, and maintenance-free asynchronous motors (AC).

Combined with Haulotte’s Sherpal telematics solution, machine use and fleet management can optimized.  

The new HA16 E will also benefit from Haulotte’s five-year warranty, along with all other Pulseo models.
