Action Equipment & Scaffold makes acquisition

Arizona-based Action Equipment & Scaffold Company has acquired Mdm Scaffolding Service, LLC, located in Texas. The news comes just a few months following Action’s recent branch opening in Salt Lake City. Mdm Scaffolding is a full-service provider of specialized scaffolding, access, shoring, mastclimbers and personnel-material hoisting solutions for the commercial, industrial and aircraft industries. The company was founded in 1993. 

According to Action, the deal aligns the company’s commitment in being a premier provider of quality scaffolding solutions and “enhances our position as a key player in the industry. The acquisition represents a significant milestone in our ongoing efforts to provide unwavering dedication to our valued customers,” the company said.

“The combination of Action Scaffold and Mdm Scaffolding will provide a stronger ability to meet our customers’ needs while offering even greater product diversification over a larger geographic territory.”

In March 2022, Action acquired Access Systems and Solutions, a San Francisco based provider of turnkey solutions for permanent and temporary access systems for architects, contractors, and developers.
